Horse (the aptly named horse) should be named Odysseus due to the fact that this fun and wacky new show is all about her journey to get home to her beloved rider. The characters are often zany, but the themes (inclusion, family, discovery) are weighty and real. It's a bit like Animaniacs (the old version, not the reboot) meets Adventure Time meets Over the Garden Wall meets Stephen Universe. Most members of the cast are Broadway veterans, so when they do sing, it's worth listening to, and I often times find myself wishing the songs were longer.
