It wasn't as great as the first movie but I still enjoyed it. I didn't really see a real purpose in making a part 2 but the main characters were good and I liked how they worked together to try and save their friend inside the cave. Delmar(Lee Thompson Young) became a good leader to the group once the original captain was killed. I was actually sad to see Delmar die in this movie . I recently found out Lee Thompson Young committed suicide in 2013, very sad because he was a talented actor.
