A Eurospy film from France, about an investigator looking for a mission husband and following the man's trail to Venice. Nice locations as always, but that's about all this muddled cheapie has going for it. The Eurospy film wasn't openly copying the BOND formula by this point, and this has more in common with the film noir style of the 1950s. But whichever way you look at it, it's slow, cheap and laborious.
