If you are expecting a polished, in-a-box-with-a-bow movie then watch something on Lifetime, no offense they have nice stuff BUT you actually need to have a heart and a mind to enjoy this movie. It keeps you engaged, makes you laugh - acting is really solid, and then it really tugs at your heart in unexpected ways and makes you think "what really is most important at this time of the year?" It was a nice experience in the theater with my husband, he turned to me and said "OMG do you feel like this?" I just whimpered and made him buy me a nice dinner LOL but seriously its a really good movie, highly recommend you rent it.
