Gaster was quite literally a masterpiece in every single way. The man who speaks in hands; even from the first episode, I was captivated by his mere presence. I truly thought he had died when he was defeated by the MC in battle, and I was a bit reluctant to watch after that since his character had so much potential. But when it was revealed that he returned near the end and he and the MC teamed up to fight the Gastrea, it was truly incredible. I wasn't really a fan of the other elements of the show (I didn't really like the portrayal of the relationships between the corrupted children and the MC especially), and I think that the story really could've been executed a lot better, but Gaster's existence was this show's redeeming quality.
