Two detectives investigate the murder of a show girl and a pimp where the same murder weapon was used. They are attempting to make a connection. Not exactly a "who dun it" as the face of the killer is seen at 48 minutes into the feature. The term "ice" is used as a scalping practice and doesn't really relate to the murders per se. It does relate to the other titles in the series. Decent police crime drama that takes place in Toronto. Looks like made for TV.
