A scientist who experiments with a device that produces strange rays, accidentally catches a being from another world, he has a device to create an invisible force field that protects him. The ambitious and cynical wife of the scientist together with her intriguing housekeeper hatch a plan to assassinate the visitor from space and appropriate the unpublished artifact. An episode without waste and with an outstanding cast.
