. . . origin of the key phrase of the 2017 inaugural speech, that is "American Carnage." It's quite probable that CHIPS AHOY shaped the moral fiber of a 10-year-old future White House Occupant, with its savagely gleeful destruction of everything in sight. When a puny thief hijacks a boat, proclaims himself an admiral and purloins an island full of provisions, this sort of mercenary self-centered piracy fits the Tyrannosaurus Rex in the Oval Office to a T. This same malingering miscreant's thoughtless sabotaging of Don the Duck's three boats seems predictive of Don the Cracker's largely successful effort to destroy America's most cherished symbols and institutions. When Don himself joins in on the vandalism spree by wantonly chopping down a stately oak, what better way to sum up this pathetic picture than by labeling it an early instance of and instigator for "American Carnage?"
