JCVD's older look is a bit shocking at first. He looks like a guy who's been through stuff. The secret agent stuff is secondary as far as I'm concerned. There is real pathos and actual humor in some of the quieter moments. Him cleaning his own statue is one. Those are great moments and the jewels in this crown. This show got canceled after one season with six episodes.
