I absolutely loved this film. Ariel is a mix of Argentina's past and present within the context and backdrop of Argentine tango. Well acted, beautiful dancing, moving tango music under the exquisite directing of the talented Allison Murray, this film keeps the viewer engaged right from the very opening scene. It also raised all kinds of questions in my mind that were of a political, ethical and moral nature.
I laughed, I cried, I rejoiced, I questioned the actions of the characters, all of this while gaining a deeper understanding of Argentina of today and of the past.
Don't miss this wonderful flim!
