A couple of orphans form a gang called Storm Riders and try to become top dogs in the competitive world of professional and street sport that involves Air Treks, futuristic motorized rollerblades that can achieve super speed.
This anime was pure gold. I really loved the characters especially the main character Ikki and his adoptive sister Ringo. The rest of the character were also very memorable and funny.
The music was excellent.
The English dub was hilarious especially since Chris Patton and the other actor killed it.
The art style was really good and has definitely aged.
While it's probably not as close as the manga but tbh I actually prefer this version to the OVA's.
