If it wasn't for this week's krypto monster, erasing everyone's memory, to help Clark keep his secret, « Blank » would've been another regular filler. Where the hero loses his memory, and has to face more challenges. The premise was good, but not very original, or pursued properly. Onyx is one of my favorite episodes this season. It showed what great villains the Luther were, and both Rosenbaum and Glover were outstanding. Spirit was fun all over. It's what we call a guilty pleasure episode, where Lifehouse performs, Martha « dance » to Ashlee Simpson, and the wannabe prom queen, possessed everyone in sight. But Blank was where the show was back to Clark and Lana circling around each other, and where the plot thickens regarding what Lex and Chloe really know about his secret identity. I love those alt rock tunes we hear on the show lately, they fit it so well...
