Warning: Spoilers
I was glad to see Heinz Drache back for his second film of the series as he's a very charismatic presence. Unfortunately, not even he could save this boring effort.

Despite the addition of a ridiculously mad scientist to the usual cliches of lords and ladies, manors, unknowing heirs being targeted by baddies etc., the whole story just sort of trundled along slowly and with no highlights or surprises.

It would have been better to keep the Codys alive for longer as they were more interesting than Dr No Doctor, during whose long final scene the whole point of the story - the keys - was totally forgotten about.

The end villain was frustratingly predictable. And, writers, if you want to kill off the last remaining extraneous character, there are a million less viewer-intelligence-insulting ways to do it than to have him step out of the group and walk towards the gunman screaming, "I don't want to die! I don't want to die!" On the plus side, in the comely forms of Sabine Sesselmann and Gisela Uhlen we did have not one, but two stunning examples of Teutonic perfection to admire (in a non-objectifying way, of course.)
