I watched the whole thing in one day. I liked it but I was disappointed that Ana Layevska, the only actor I knew in the cast , had such small and insignificant role.
I see that other reviewers say that it's a copy of Orphan Black. I've never seen that series but I read the Wiki and I don't see a resemblance here. Triptych is not about clones at all.
I agree that this series has a couple of plot holes at the end. First the sisters got away from the doctor who was holding them at gun point and left her locked up and then Eugenio miraculously survived the car accident without even a scratch. All with no explanation what so ever.
I should mention that I am a native Spanish speaker so I watched it with the original audio.
