I can't believe it's taken me ages and ages to post an imdb user review for Miami Vice. Anyway, even though it debuted 40 years ago, yes really, that long ago, it is a time capsule of the 80s and stands the test of time. Funny how teenage boys at the time were motivated to dress like Don Johnson and such was the influence of Miami Vice seriously. I'd say the first three seasons stand out, and after that it kind of faltered sadly, but at least it ran for five glorious years.
Saundra Santiago played Detective Gina Calabrese, and it's a shame her role didn't get much more screen time.
