They couldn't find more appropriately aged actresses? The daughter already has smile line wrinkles ffs. She was 24 making this movie playing a 17yo. Couldnt find an 18yo? The mom, typical over lip fillered bimbo was 29 making this movie. So she had her kid at 5yo? I am so tired of hollywood casting too young of women in roles.. esp when 35+ actresses struggle to get work..
That aside on to the movie itself. The acting is atrocious. ATROCIOUS. Lifetime can be cheesey bt lately they had been doing better. What a nightmare.
The mother and daughter are unlikeable. You cannot root for the main characters AT ALL. We laughed when the daughter got kidnapped. Was rooting for the mom to be atrested... and i stg if my daughter locked the car on me and put her earbuds in?? She would WISH she got kidnapped. I would have busted that window and rung her bell right tf there.
