Was really hyped to see "Fast Charlie" because, come on, it's Brosnan! I was really let down. The film felt like it couldn't decide if it was trying to be a comedy or a thriller and ended up being neither. Brosnan's accent? Distractingly bad. The plot was a predictable mess, felt like I've seen it a hundred times before. And the humor? Missed the mark completely. What was supposed to be funny just made me cringe. The action scenes were so by-the-numbers, I found myself checking my watch more than once. Honestly, it's like they took all these talented actors and just didn't know what to do with them. Really disappointing because I wanted to like it, but it just felt like a wasted opportunity.
