The doctor gives him a "heart halter device to put on, and he won't approve his physical. Wanda Sykes is back again, constantly accusing Larry of racism. In the funniest scene, a driver rear ends Larry while he is leaving a message for David Schwimmer's father, he starts to curse out the other driver. When the driver comes after Larry with a tire iron, Larry fakes a heart attack. There is another funny scene with short Charlotte Hornets guard Muggsy Bogues. Melissa McCarthy has an early role as a toy store clerk who is constantly smiling. Larry also gets in trouble with the surrogate of a couple who are getting the baby.
