The Fall Guy is easily top 5 most entertaining movies of 2024 at the time of release. I only have positive things to say about it. The Fall Guy made stunts look cooler than ever, and we even got to watch Ryan Gosling behind the scenes of him performing his own stunts for a movie about stunts. The action was a little slow in the first half, no surprise, but was top tier for the last hour. The comedy wasn't balls to the walls funny, but the amount used fit perfectly with the tone making it nearly as funny. It's a shame that Ryan Gosling doesn't do more action/comedy, because he is really, really good at it. Unfortunately, I did have outrageously high expectations which hindered my viewing experience, but no complaints as a whole. I fully recommend The Fall Guy to anyone because it is just so enjoyable. It even took a page out of John Wick Chapter 4 with the "nuts" dog.
