Marta Castro is a UCLA student who is finally given the chance by her stubborn dad to revitalize their troubled family business: Angels Car Wash. Trying to prove that her education is being put to good use, Marta initially fails, while discovering the true secrets and humor behind why LAPD is trying to shut Angesl down.
