- A woman being held hostage is forcibly kissed.
- A young woman who is sold into the Yakuza's sexual slavery ring by the main antihero, and gets forcefully undressed briefly by the henchmen (which a rapist unbuckles his pants) for an attempted gang-rape before being one of them injects her bare thigh with a hypodermic syringe.
Violence & Gore

- A man falls from building to his death. He lies in a pool of blood from a distance.
- Terry castrates the same rapist (mentioned in Sex & Nudity above) by grabbing his crotch with his bare hands and ripping out his genitals (away from the camera). We then see a clothed bloody male organ in his grasp.
- Terry shatters a Mafia hitman's skull with a death blow to the cranium, his blood spills from both the inside and outside of his head.
- A man gets impaled in the eye with a sword. He then removes the sword, blood spills out of his eye briefly.
- Terry gives a mafia assassin a fatal jab to the mouth, we then see his teeth and blood spewing out.
- A couple of bloody shootouts. A man brutally fights multiple attackers near the end, but there's little blood.

- Bloody violence throughout and mild gore, the brutality was so shocking by the standards of the 1970s, that the movie was given an X-rating.
