- The fight between sharptooth and little foots mother and the earthquake that occurs during is is very intense.

Violence & Gore
- There is a couple fight scenes involving a T-rex (aka The Sharptooth). It kills Littlefoot's mother offscreen, though we are shown a shadow of what happens during this scene.
- There is an intense fight towards the end where Sharptooth is killed when the gang pushes a rock on Sharptooth causing him to fall off a cliff and presumably drown in the water below.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Littlefoot and Cera are fighting later on in front of Ducky, Petrie and Spike for a while. The scene can be hard to some.
- The death of Littlefoot's mother is a very sad scene that will upset very young children and even some adults Littlefoot then falls into a depression for some time after.
