- You can briefly see Jessica Rabbit's underwear while she is falling. However, the color of the underwear is too similar to the skin tone. So it looks like a vagina even though there was never actually any nudity. (In the DVD release, this was reanimated with Jessica's dress fully covered)
- Jessica wears a tight fitting dress with a slit thigh and is very low-cut at the top, revealing her spacious cleavage and jiggle physics when she walks.
- A cartoon weasel frisks Jessica, starting inside of her deep cleavage because it is the only pocket she has, tucking his hand in only for it to get caught in a concealed bear-trap, Eddie then replies "nice booby trap".
- In one scene, Eddie's pants fall down when talking to Jessica showing him in his underwear. When Dolores catches them together, Eddie bends down near Jessica to pick up his pants, only for him to accidentally bumps his head under her large bust as he stands up.
- Baby Herman walks underneath a live-action woman's dress, causing her to gasp. In another scene, he spanks a woman on the rear, and she gives the same reaction.
- During their conversation at his apartment, Jessica impresses upon Eddie she would do anything to prove her husband's innocence. As she says this she walks up so close to Eddie that her large bust is squished up against his chest intentionally.
- Baby Herman tells Eddie that he has a "50 year-old lust and a 3 year-old dinky." Most kids probably won't get what it's supposed to mean.
- Some silly double entendres proliferate.
- Eddie is about to say "balls," but is cut off before he can say it.
- When Eddie tries to smuggle Roger into the diner underneath his trenchcoat, the latter keeps poking his head out because he can't breathe. Frustrated, Eddie pushes down before anyone can see him, making a gigantic bulge in his crotch. Dolores, who had just seen the whole thing quips: "So tell me, Eddie. Is that a rabbit in your pocket or are you just happy to see me."

- Jessica slaps Eddie across the face in one scene.
- Many scenes of mild, wacky, slapstick cartoon action violence.
- A significant plot element involves Eddie's brother having been killed by a toon. It is only described and not seen.
- We see the chalk outline of Marvin Acme's body. A heavy safe is seen as having crashed into the head of the outline. Acme's covered body is later seen being taken away on a gurney.
- The weasels brandish real guns. They also carry weapons that mirror their distinct personalities: "Psycho" wears a strait jacket and wields a straight razor; "Greasy" wields a dagger; "Stupid" wields a bat with a nail through it.
- An innocent, cute toon shoe is killed by being slowly lowered into dip and his pain is made very apparent.

- Donald Duck calls Daffy Duck what sounds like a "God-darn stubborn n*****" during their performance on stage in the dive bar, however via subtitles he's actually saying "doggone stubborn little..."
- Baby Herman refers to his live-action female companion as a "dumb broad".

- Alcohol and smoking are very common throughout.
- 1 reference to Jack Daniels.
- Toxic chemicals/dip are shown.
- Eddie is an alcoholic and goes to a bar on several occasions where his girlfriend is a bartender. His heavy drinking throughout the film is contrasted by his decision not to drink before entering Toontown and he shoots his bourbon bottle (label clearly visible) with a Toon gun.
- There are many scenes with Eddie taking swigs of alcohol. His gun holster holds a bourbon bottle.
- A vintage neon Budweiser sign is visible in many shots in the bar.
- A man is seen passed out at the bar.
- Eddie is seen passed out at his desk with a bottle in his hand.
- A gag, not unlike the Bugs Bunny "pronoun trouble" gag, involves whether or not Roger wants a drink.
- Roger partakes of alcohol in two separate scenes, both with the same consequence. He loses control of himself as his head forms a steam whistle and he emits a high pitch that breaks all glass nearby.
- Baby Herman is often seen smoking a real cigar. In one scene, he throws a tantrum when he loses it.
- Children offer the main character cigarettes.
- One of the weasels named Wheezy has multiple cigarettes in his mouth at a time and is always surrounded by smoke. His hat also has multiple cigarette boxes in its brim.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The villain Judge Doom is a complete psychopath, and his actions are very unpleasant.
- The main character Eddie Valiant is shown to suffer from severe PTSD, since his brother got killed by a Toon and this leads Valiant to have a hatred on Toons, and as such, he's shown disgruntled and drinking heavily.
- More for older kids/tweens.
- Judge doom's voice in cartoon form sounds like a tiny demon, and may scare some viewers.
- This film is pretty dark.
- Judge doom is shown putting a cute shoe in dip, a very twisted/unpleasant scene.
- Mild for neurodivergent viewers.
- The hyper-violent, frantically paced "Maroon Cartoon" at the very beginning of the film as child endangerment is at the root of many gags. Roger is electrocuted, set on fire, and pinned to the wall with knives to name a few situations in the cartoon. The violence in the cartoon is a send-up of violent cartoon gags such as those seen in Warner Bros and "Tom and Jerry" cartoons.
- In a very disturbing scene, Judge Doom demonstrates what the "dip" does to toons by sticking a cute squeaking living toon shoe in it. That the shoe is executed only for demonstration purposes, and not for any crime is part of the unsettling nature of the scene. The dip kills toons and we see the shoe react in horror and hear its squeals of pain as it is lowered into a vat of dip. Once the shoe is dead, Judge Doom removes his gloved hand that held the red shoe from the vat of dip. The shoe's red paint drips off Doom's glove somewhat resembling blood. Eddie - who is not very fond of toons - and a Police Lieutenant are shown to be disturbed by this act.
- The high-energy Toontown sequence can be disturbing.

Sex & Nudity
- Despite being a rabbit and human toon, Jessica and Roger are a married couple, though they never enagaged in any form of bestality.
- Eddie sees Jessica playing "patty cake" with another character inside Jessica's room. This is implied to be a reference to sex but is later seen with them actually playing patty cake in the photos. This however offends Roger implying that it's a sexual thing to cartoons.
- When Eddie investigates the patty cake scene, a gorilla comes thinking Eddie is being a perv and says "And don't ever let me catch your peeping face again!"
- One of the angel cameos from Fantasia is seen naked with buttocks shown (like in the Fantasia film)
- Eddie and Dolores are confirmed to be in a relationship, one scene shows Eddie quickly pulling her down behind a bar grabbing her by her cleavage area.
- In the final fight, Eddie is seen dancing and rhyming to defeat the weasels, he makes a joke saying "I'd kick you in the-" but stops because an item falls on him right at the second. This indicated that he was going to say balls and then kicks the weasel right in that area.
- Lena Hyena can be seen adjusting her droopy breasts to make herself look more stacked, but they almost immediately sag to the floor before bouncing back up.
- The lustful Lena chases after Eddie as she puckers her lips repeatedly to kiss him. She inevitably manages to catch him before forcing a big kiss on his cheek, much to his disgust.
- After she runs mindlessly into a wall, Lena's dress is lifted, exposing her bloomers, which are white colored and adorned with pink hearts.
- After Judge Doom's defeat, Jessica picks up Roger in her arms before kissing him all over the face.
Violence & Gore
- The aftermath of Judge Doom's death, though fake looking, is still rather gruesome.
- In the final battle, Eddie manages to pour Doom's own Dip onto him, melting him slowly as he's seen agonizing, including shrieking and shrill screeching in horrible pain, as his internal organs and entire body are completely liquefied by the Dip as blood begins to pool on the surface. The aftermath is then shown. This death is akin to that of Rasputin from "Anastasia" and the Wicked Witch of the West from "The Wizard of Oz (1939)", and is very gruesome.
- The villain character, first presumed to be a human, is slowly flattened by a steamroller, and the camera does not cut away from this happening.
- A man in live action is shown being choked by having his necktie drawn into a Moviola. He is then shot twice in the back.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Judge Doom's cartoon like form is very creepy and has a high-pitched voice. His death is very disturbing as he melts into goo
- Roger Rabbit is seen nearly killed by Judge Doom's dip but Roger drinks one more time before it happens and escapes.
- The weasels that work with Judge Doom carry guns and search for Roger. They eventually all die from laughing too hard with their spirits flying away.
- Quite a few deaths and close calls to death happen in this film since it's a murder mystery.
- Near the end, it was revealed that Judge Doom was the one who killed Eddie Valliant's brother. When he reinflates, his fake eyes fall out and his evil toon eyes are revealed, which shocks Eddie. Then, Judge Doom says, "Remember me, Eddie?! When I killed your brother, I talked...JUST...LIKE...THIS!!!" in a screechy high-pitched voice.
- In one scene, when Eddie thinks he found Jessica rabbit in a motel/apartment, he then finds out it's a love crazed woman, and she looks somewhat creepy with her makeup and chases Eddie, and chases him fast, this can scare or freak out some viewers.
- Judge Doom's "toon form" fights with Eddie
