Cindy Williams, the actress beloved for her role as Shirley on the 1970s sitcom Laverne & Shirley died on Wednesday at 75. She died after a brief illness, according to Williams’ personal assistant.

"One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Schlemiel! Schlimazel! Hasenpfeffer Incorporated!" These are the immortal words that begin the song "Making Our Dreams Come True," the catchy tune used as the theme song of the popular series, "Laverne & Shirley." Cindy Williams, the actress who played the perky and positive albeit meek Shirley Feeney, has sadly joined her co-star Penny Marshall, passing away at the age of 75. Williams' children Zak and Emily Hudson confirmed the passing with the Associated Press following a brief illness.
"The passing of our kind, hilarious mother, Cindy Williams, has brought us insurmountable sadness that could never truly be expressed," the statement said. "Knowing and loving her has been our joy and privilege. She was one of a kind, beautiful, generous, and possessed a brilliant sense of humor and a glittering spirit that everyone loved." Actress Angelina Jolie has become "obsessed" with getting primary custody of her kids, so much so, that it's affecting her decision-making. Sources tell In Touch exclusively that the 43-year-old is still angry towards her ex-husband, Brad Pitt, and she's no longer thinking clearly.

Poor Brad Pitt! According to a source, the actor has paid "easily millions" in child support to his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie. In fact, the insider told People it's been "far more than any informal agreement would stipulate and far more than any judge would have ordered paid if there had been such an order." But Angelina is saying otherwise. Her lawyer, Samantha Bley DeJean, filed papers with an La court on Tuesday, Aug. 7 claiming that "[Brad] has a duty to pay child support. As of present, [he] has paid no meaningful child support since separation." (Photo Credit: Getty Images) She added, "Given the informal arrangements around the payment of the children’s expenses have not been regularly sustained by [Brad] for over a year and a half, [Angelina] intends to file an Rfo [request for a court order] for the establishment of a retroactive child support order." Brad and Angelina — who announced their split in September 2016 — have six kids together: Maddox,...

When it comes to the kids, Angelina Jolie has been calling the shots for nearly two years. She's had primary custody of Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 9, ever since she filed for divorce in 2016, while Brad Pitt has had visitation that's often been at Angelina's whim, sources recently told In Touch Weekly in the magazine's new issue, on newsstands now. But now Brad can claim a major victory in the wake of their bitter split. After months of biding his time and biting his tongue, Brad's decision to play a long game as their emotionally fraught divorce battle rages on has paid off. "Brad's finally got the kids, and he's overjoyed,” a family friend told In Touch. “To Brad's delight, Angelina has decided to let the majority of the children, who have summer camps and a slew of other activities in the works, stay in La...

When Angelina Jolie famously shook Queen Elizabeth's hand at Buckingham Palace back in 2014, the royal clearly made a lasting impression on the A-lister. In the new ITV special The Queen’s Green Planet, the actress visits Namibia with her six kids to teach them about forest conservation in Africa. In fact, Angelina learned much of the insight she's passing on to Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 11, and Vivienne and Knox, 9, from the Queen herself when they met nearly four years ago. "For us to come here and say to the children, 'This is why it’s important to plant a tree,' that’s the biggest message I can teach my kids, and it’s something that they’ve certainly learned from Her Majesty and her message," she says in the documentary airing on Monday, April 16. For a while now, Angelina Jolie has been keeping a low profile. But she hasn't been hiding out alone. Besides spending quality time with her six kids, the actress has been secretly dating — and she's gotten intensely serious about one man in particular. "There's a millionaire British philanthropist who she's been quietly seeing for over a year now," a close friend recently confessed. "Gradually, their romance blossomed into real love." Now she's ready to take the next step with her mystery man: down the aisle! Life & Style has revealed that Angelina is planning to marry husband No. 4 this summer in London. She's taking all the necessary steps, pushing to finalize her divorce from Brad Pitt and moving their six kids to the UK a few months before the ceremony. Angelina and Brad. "I've been having anxiety lately [about] every last thing," Kim told her friend Jonathan Cheban while the two had a beachside lunch. "Like even driving here, I tried to drive not all the way on the freeway because what happens if a car flips over and hits me? I think of every freak accident."

When life hurts, well-crafted, traditional sitcom like Count Arthur Strong can be an indispensable salve…
There’s a period a little while after a family death, after the days spent in a traffic jam of errands, decisions and phone calls, when you have to merge back into the regular lane. Normal life demands to re-start. The fridge needs filling and the lawn needs mowing, even if, impossibly, the person who usually does both has vanished forever.
For my family like most others, normal life means watching television. Telly is the cradle that rocked us through the decades. Whatever happened to us happened against a backdrop of soaps and sitcoms.
Losing our dad though, changed things. In the flayed-skin sensitivity of the days around his funeral, flicking through the channels meant running a gauntlet. A murder on EastEnders brought unwelcome ambulances and coroners back into our living room.

Pete Kowalsky is a very interesting character. A mainstay of the Florida Metal/Hardcore scene, he is best known as the vocalist/songwriter for Remembering Never, but is also notable for being the current vocalist for the band xBishopx, formerly known as xBishopx, which lyrically, focuses on the Straight Edge lifestyle.
He is known for being very opinionated and outspoken; he has hard line views on many issues that affect us all, whether we like it or not. He has written angry and thought provoking songs on matters such as animal cruelty, the meat trade, gay rights, faceless art critics, gay rights and much much more. If you thought Rage Against the Machine was as angry as politically motivated music gets, then you really haven’t listened to a Remembering Never record.

Who is Bill Compton, really?
That was the main question asked and not entirely answered on the True Blood Season 6 premiere, as Bill battled with his new self; Nora drove a wedge between Eric and Pam; and the Governor of Louisiana took a major step toward ending his people's conflict with members of the undead.
In this edition of the TV Fanatic Round Table, staff members Matt Richenthal, Leigh Raines and Chris O'Hara are joined by Liz Henderson of True-Blood.net to break down "Who Are You, Really," debating their favorite scenes, quotes and more...
-------------------------------------------
What was your favorite quote or scene from the premiere?
Matt: Pam referred to killing Mary Poppins and getting sand in her cooch. Please don't make me choose between those True Blood quotes.
Leigh: There's nothing like Eric Northman pulling up in a Denali in the midst of destruction and chaos, lamenting that it's time to ditch that party!

Screen Australia says it has not mismanaged its finances by spending its annual production funding in just six months - a state of affairs which it says reflects the strength of the local film industry.
The government screen agency revealed in mid-December 2012 that it had spent its entire annual $42 million drama production allocation due to the unprecedented number of quality feature film and television projects seeking support. The shock announcement was reminiscent of the agency's abrupt decision to cut its investment cap in 2009 while several films were mid-financed. That decision.threw several major Australian productions into dissaray including The Tree and the biggest box office hit of.2010, Tomorrow When the War Began (Omnilab Media had to increase its investment at the last minute to ensure production).
Overspending on such a scale has never occurred before, even going back to the era of Screen Australia.s predecessor funding arm, the Film Finance Corporation.

Looks like everyone’s trying to find fun ways to beat the frigid New York City winter — even the kids! Suri bundled up in the cutest panda bear hat for a Sunday stroll with mom Katie.
The below-freezing temperatures that hit New York City on Sunday, Jan. 27, had nothing on Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise’s daughter, Suri!
And that’s probably because she was rocking a stuffed animal kind of snow hat.
Suri Cruise: Children’s Style Diva
Suri, 6, matched the snowcap with a gray coat and a beautiful blue-hued dress with black stockings. And don’t even get us started on Suri’s multi-colored nails!
The six year-old looked perfectly content (especially compared to her mother) and unbelievably cute while sipping Oj in her thick, zoo-themed hat.
We’re actually starting to suspect we’ve figured out Suri’s favorite animal. On Oct. 11, we saw an adorable photograph...

Grimm Season 2 Review: I Wish You Could Have a Normal Life
During the final stretch of episodes in its first season, Grimm managed to add on a lot of depth that wasn't there initially. The opening half of the series focused almost exclusively on Detective Nick Burkhardt coming to terms with his stature as a Grimm and learning about the Wesen world where he would soon become immersed. Viewers got to grow along with Nick and watch his evolution from mild-mannered police officer to competent (and later, damn good) creature hunter, but it wasn't until later that the world expanded. The highly complex Wesen hierarchy and all the ways they've become embedded into society came into play in latter episodes of the show, along with the reappearance of Nick's long-lost mother and the roles that each person in his life played in the system.
But where would Grimm go once...
