It's a sort of documentary and fiction in one, about a boy 12 years old, who gets teased for his reading problem. He goes into a world of his own, where all the outcasts live. He and the other outcasts won't tolerate being outcasts so they revenge themselves toward the school. But of course it's all in the boy's imagination, he's the outcast and nobody but he and a girl can see the other's. It's a very nice tale about how some people be toward others who look different, or do different things. You can say, that "they ain't normal", and they become outcasts, nobody likes them, and people teases them. This happens all over the world, we can ask ourselves, is that NORMAL. And by the way, what is "normal"?
The director is Svein Andersen, by the way I know the man, he is very cool. Cool film, Svein.
