adventures. and politic. Comunist movement against political regime. Romania of 1940. a boy , smart, naughty, bold, true to his friend - part of this intrigue of Comunist Party. confrontations with police, trips with his dog, Calu, missions, manifestos, packages. result - a strange movie. thesistic and full of propaganda it is even nice. for generations who has it as part of theirs childhood. for humor and memories about a kind of hero. for the dust of a Romanian period. for passing of time and sweetness of lost years. for atmosphere and evolution of young actor, actually taxi driver. and for science to create, behind ideology command, an interesting story about age of hope and joy.

it is his film. a memorable character. adventures and the stigma of politic. fragment of fake history. and one of Romanian series who remains more than success to public. because the recipes is simple, the collaboration between Francisc Munteanu and Sergiu Nicolaescu works, the mix of heroic virtues, innocence and a kind of Gavroche, a smart, bold boy against the stupid policemen, the secret of his father, his friend and his teacher, trips with Calu and the tension represents the best recipes to seduce the public. because it gives a simple idea - to use the magnificent dreams of a special age who remains the same after the end of childhood as nostalgia. Pistruiatu was a phenomenon. not surprising. but it has a basic virtue - to propose to the public a young actor ,taxi driver today, who was the perfect choice for Mihai Pleșa.
