Sex & Nudity

There is no on-screen sexual content but in a scene his neighbor can be faintly heard saying some sexual stuff (it is infered that she is having sex.)

Violence & Gore

A man drills into his brain.

Profanity

10 or so F Words, 2 in one scene, and about 8 more in a quick scene where Max is screaming and thrashing about, along with a few other mild profanities.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking

A man takes prescription pills throughout the movie, and lists off all the drugs he's tried while attempting to alleviate his headaches, including marijuana.

A man hallucinates many times, including many scenes with a bloody brain. These scenes are slightly disturbing. Also, the scene with a man drilling into his own head is bizzare and scary.
