This comedy number follows the fortunes of two runaway boys, who are first seen in a box car. They have numerous rough experiences and finally sell newspapers and black shoes for a living. They become rivals over a girl, but another wins her. This is well pictured. The plot is very slight, but some of the scenes are quite amusing. - The Moving Picture World, April 4, 1914
