A meandering little comedy short
planktonrules17 July 2018
When the story begins, there is a robbery of the local store and Ma wants to get their young son out of town and away from the bad influences, so they go on an outing in their camper. Not surprisingly, all sorts of problems occur...including the family nearly being killed by a train. In the end, the crook arrives and the hero eats him up to save the day.

The problem with "Glove Affair" is simple...it's just not all that funny. And, part of this might be because the film was made by Columia...a studio which made tons of shorts but most of them were pretty limp. Now there's nothing terrible about this one...but the writing was, as was typical, a bit disappointing.
