Is this the worst cartoon Seamus Culhane and Al Eugster ever worked on? I think it likely that I would forget anything worse than this end-of-the-road Famous Studios cartoon, with its awful design, incoherent animation, and terrible script. It's labeled a Noveltoon, which had been the cartoon factory's umbrella for cartoons not part of their regular series, but there is nothing novel about it. Sir Blur seems to be a take-off of Mr. Magoo, with his terrible sight. He seems to have appeared in three cartoons. There might have been more planned, by Paramount shut down the division to stop that.
