This was the kind of films teenagers revel in in France in the early eighties. Films describing the romantic and sex adventures of teenagers were at the time widespread (La Boum, Les diplomés du dernier rang). They were even more popular if they took place at school (Les Sous-doués). this is a perfect illustrutation of what could be made with a few famous names just passing by and a screenplay idea which had been dealt about a couple of times. As the screenplay writer didn't have anything original to bring to this movie genre, he forgets his characters and let them sing and dance for almost twenty minutes. Quite a stupid idea for such a short film that was not that bad at the beginning.
