A family visits family in the country. While there, the granddaughter gets lost in the woods chasing after her new kitten. Although the family calls in police assistance, the grandfather sets out into the woods, along with his mule, 'Moosie'. Along the way, granddaughter and grandfather encounter steep cliffs, missing kittens, and hungry mountain lions. Meanwhile, "back at the ranch", the busy father must rearrange his priorities: family life is far more important than business affairs.
A little cliché in some parts, but all in all a good, clean, enjoyable movie for the family. I give it 7/10.
