This movie proves one more time my Dorcel theory exposed in my review number 67 (« La ruée vers Laure »). In short, it's a porn movie that put women as sex toys of brutal men. Thus it's a bit repealing and disgusting. This one is particularly a failure as it reunites an incredible cast of European porn-stars (# to come - Erika Bella , #25 Lea Martini , Laure Sainclair, Silvia Saint) and manages to wreck all their scenes with stupid costumes, old perverts. For sure, the camera work is also worthy of a gynecologist with stupid near abstract close-ups. In a way, i'm sad for Laure as those movies never gave her the opportunity to act like a true woman discovering sensuality and true consideration.

The Marc Dorcel porn formula is in full flower in THE MAZE, an all-sex wonder that stands up well after nearly 15 years. Quality shooting and a great femme cast spells arousing entertainment, if low on content.
Classy French star Laure Sainclair is spotlighted in an attempted ALICE IN WONDERLAND atmosphere, but what passes for Alain Payet's script is simple indeed.
