weird, slow,
corto-armitage26 July 2005
Weird Italian movie, first and up to now only movie by theater director Lamberto Lambertini, with very loose double plot that mixes contemporary story of film-maker between Naples and India, and the plot of the movie they're making based on an ancient Indian story, telling (as far as I remember) about an Indian woman who had a relationship with her husband and another man, who were friends and for some reason had their heads chopped off. The heads are then magically re-attached, except somewhere along the line the heads got swapped so "who do you love now"? (told you it was weird...)

The movie is slow, the plot desultory, but if that's not a problem for you the dreamy atmosphere of the inner story and the particular setting with tidbits about the Indian movie-making scene provide an unusual experience.
