about sense
Vincentiu3 October 2013
history of a form of revenge. fight against yourself. need of sense. and desire to be accepted. at first sigh, an adaptation or only a teenager angry. but, in fact, it is only definition of a world. the mother, the neighbors, schoolmates, crumbs from Lord of Flies and ordinary age crisis. chose of a way. nothing more. self definition and use of a tragic event. a wise film by an interesting Georgian director who creates not exactly the image of a case but, in many dimensions, lines of a country evolution.Zura is, more than a character, an image. cruel, honest, precise for a society who transforms the situation of a boy searching his best option to be yourself in the trip of a region after Communism fall. sure, it seems be a metaphor but in essence, it is only pure truth. a touching film. and a wise lesson about ways and solutions. and an admirable performance by Dito Shvekidze.
