Robby D, during his sojourn at Vivid Video, cranked out this unconvincing drama, starring the beautiful Cheyenne. It's a big role for the underrated actress, but good old Robby lets her down.
Story line had potential: Cheyenne on the rebound after catching her husband Joey Ray humping lovely Kiri (who resembles Cheyenne and is another actress worth noticing), finds romance via an internet chatroom. Poor editing and repetitious shots ruin a lengthy nightmare montage of Cheyenne humping Ray, in a hectic erotic dream sequence that resemles an out-of-body experience (she sees herself humping him in a bar).
Her new chatroom chum is named Alex, and instead of a cautionary tale about meeting up with some creep from a chatroom it turns out Alex is statuesque Ryan Conner, a big star early in her career (well before her comeback in recent years in MILF roles.
Their romance includes Ryan introducing her new lover Cheyenne to the wilder side of life, beginning with a threesome in the kitchen of a diner with Bobby Vitale. Matters come full circle when Ryan catches Cheyenne having sex with a co-worker (Dale DaBone) who she previously had only been a platonic friend.
This all sounds fine, but Robby fails to make any of the character's transitions credible, so Cheyenne ends up with tons of sex scenes (including a masturbation sequence but little to crow about in terms of creating a real character. The XXX content overwhelms all else.
