I showed this movie to my 6th graders at school. I used it as a visual-aid since we were talking about war and how the children in those countries deal with it. I'd purchased the film off the internet and am really happy I did. The children enjoyed it and saw what war can do to not only a country of adults, but a country where children live too. The title is perfect. The children caught in an adults war are truly the soldiers of innocence.

A unique story about children in war.

Saw this film recently and enjoyed the timeliness of how it dealt with children and how war touches their lives. Though a little slow at first, it picked up and I enjoyed it. The ending made me cry. I especially enjoyed the children and the music. Keri Johnson

I was stationed in Taegu, Korea between 1986 and 1990. A movie production came to our US Army Company, (the 169th Signal Company, 36th Signal Battalion, 1st Signal Brigade) and requested that some of our soldiers be extras in a war movie that they were producing. Many of us soldiers volunteered. It was suppose to be just a few days, but we were enjoying ourselves and doing such a good job that we volunteered to work on weekends. My son was 17 at the time so he was able to be in it too. this was a very special time in our lives.
Dennis and the rest of the cast was great. they were friendly and excepted help from us soldiers in doing things right.
I have never seen the movie and would love to have a copy. Can anyone help me. Also anyone from the 169th Sig Co that was also in it please contact me. Thanks, MSG T. Larry Pendley, US Army retired
