Some strong sexual refrences in the songs refering to sex with minors

A slight theme in the plot , about committing adultery with a sibling of a partner.

Zombies are frequently killed or shot

A man is acidentaly shot (mild)

after becoming possed by the mystical box a man goes on a rampage at a bar, killing patrons (slightly graphic)

A man brutally murders his girlfriend with a crowbar (disturbing and graphic)

After the murder, the same man attempts to murder one of his friends by suffocating her with a plastic bag, and does not succeed as the woman pushes a live chainsaw onto his neck and shoulders and he dies from decapitation and blood loss ( This is extremely graphic and disturbing but light classical music is played over it to lighten it)

A zombie is hit with a crossbow bolt

The surviving woman from the attempted murder kills numerous zombies with a chainsaw (graphic), you see her covered (and the stairs) with blood and dead zombies.

A man is murdered with garden shears, however you can't see his body, but blood is shown

During the bar fight scene several fistfights occur while many patrons (possed or not) are decapitated with blunt objects, some patrons are also shot.

This content could easily pass for an 18, Nc-17 rating

Quite a heavy amount of profanity, more than 85 four letter profanities

Smoking and drinking at the bar ( but this would be normal as the film is set in a southern town)

No jump out of the dark moments in the movie, but the violence in the last 20 minutes is very disturbing

Bear in mind that while the movie is a comedy, it still may be disturbing to some
