- The violence is pretty graphic, but a bit infrequent.
- A girl jumps out in front of a moving train after seeing an "Asian demon". Her corpse is later shown bloodied and checked on by railway workers.
- Some milder but still painful violence including a child who is also a cult follower, so a man hits his head with a hammer, the child dies.

Sex & Nudity
- A man and a woman make out. The man pleads sex and puts his hand into the woman's shirt, the woman disagrees. Then the woman grabs the man's crotch, and then her top is pulled off, but she is still wearing a bra. They don't have sex though. They definitely DO have sex; it's a key plot point; but the female is on top, and her skirt pretty much covers the action.
Violence & Gore
- The antagonists of the film are cult leaders who try to save living souls from becoming demonic by killing their current bodies. They violently kill people with knives, including a quit gory throat slitting, cutting of the stomach (in one scene, a man is killed along with his pregnant wife and the dead, bloody baby is shown, this scene is quite emotional as well as violent), and at the end, the demons are about to arrive, so they put some pills in each other's mouth, which kills them as they foam to the mouth. The cult leader becomes possessed by a demon before killing herself, and the demons chase a young woman. It is then found to be an illusion.

- The muffins that some people eat are found to be an LSD-like drug, making people see demons (one reason why a girl jumped in front of a train)
- Cult members kill themselves by swallowing a pill, refer to the spoiler in the violence and gore section.
