Terry Carter: Colonel Tigh

Quotes

  • Colonel Tigh : [Adama has been hit by explosive schrapnels]  Adama?

Commander Adama : [groans]  Casualty report?

Colonel Tigh : I don't know yet, Commander

    Commander Adama : Damage?

Colonel Tigh : It's bad. Those Cylon fighters must have been packed with solonite. But we'll make it. The boraton mist handles what fire there was.

  • Colonel Tigh : [on how grave the results of the fire could be to the Galactica]  Apollo, if the fire reaches the energizer or the solium, either one... the Galactica is doomed.

  • Captain Apollo : Hold it, I have an idea. We could replace the turbo lasers in three or our Vipers with megapressure pumps from the damaged energizer, fill them with boraton and connect them to the firing mechanism.

Colonel Tigh : It would be like a strafing run.

Captain Apollo : Exactly! With three of us making continous runs, we could flood that bay with boraton!

  • Colonel Tigh : Apollo, we're ready. Commence the boraton run.

  • Colonel Tigh : Omega, order some mushies sent up here.

    Officer Omega : Yes, sir.

  • Commander Adama : [as Cylon Raiders close in]  That's not a combat probe.

Colonel Tigh : They're mounting a major attack!

Commander Adama : Launch all squadrons!

    [crews scramble, Vipers take off]

Commander Adama : Colonel Tigh, prepare the Galactica for heavy attack! Secure all compartments!
