Quite why the writers focused on the pregnancy of Vici, a character we barely know so much in this episode and the last is a little odd, but here she gives birth with the help of Caroline and Richard (who really only wants to retrieve the love letter he wrote Caroline) in another so-so episode of the show.
The dilemma Richard is in is well played, and I liked the fact that Annie became a part of it, but the envelope oddly has more on it than it did last series. Continuity! The character of Del is a bit underused again, with him not having much of a purpose now he's not with Caroline.
Another decent enough episode, but not up to the standard of series one.
