With construction work going on across the street, the women are subject to lecherous comments from the workers. Julia decides to appeal to their sensibilities which in the case of these not so gentlemanly gentleman is non-existent. Further revenge comes by Julia's decision to involve their wives and mothers which brings on a cameo by Dixie and Delta's "Filthy Rich" co-star Nedra Voltz. Meanwhile, Charlene and Bill not certain of where their relationship is going, decide to see other people and Bill isn't all in favor of that which takes their romance to the next level.

While the costume ball is interesting with Suzanne dressed as Liz Taylor as Cleopatra and Charlene dressed as Marilyn Monroe in her famous white dress is fun, the plot about the construction workers just seems to be greatly exaggerated and filthy for the sake of filth, and they seem to be greatly exaggerating their raunchy actions. They could have presented the ogling of the women in a more realistic light, but bringing on their wives and mothers to discipline them is funny.
