Here Jonathan Banks is his chilling best as a good cop turned bad, who gets himself entangled with the conniving wife of another cop, leading to a conspiracy big time that will earn them $$$. This episode had a noir element, combined with sunny scenes of California, to make this a worthy start to season four.
