Santa appears to show Beverly Ann what life would be like for the girls had she never come to Peekskill.
THE FACTS OF LIFE does IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE and the results are not great. For one thing, everyone is able to see and hear Beverly Ann which makes the execution rather clunky when the girls are interacting with her during the fantasy sequence.
We are shown how each of the girls meets some kind of bad fate without Beverly Ann in their lives. Blair loses her money in the stock market; Tootie loses Jeff; Natalie is arrested as a jewel thief and Jo dies in a motorcycle accident.
Not very-well written, nor is it particularly funny or sentimental. At least they didn't sing much in this one. 5/10.
