Warning: Spoilers
The final episode of Season 4.

Robin and the girls are behind with the rent as they have been using the money for other purposes, such as paying bills. They wonder how best to ask Roper for time to pay. Their landlord has money problems of his own - the Inland Revenue's Mr.Matthews ( Anthony Sharp ) wants to meet the 'son' he has been claiming tax relief for for the last 19 years. Roper filled in one of their forms incorrectly and was unwilling to admit the error. Terrified, he asks Robin if he will impersonate 'Leslie'...

This would have been a classic had not 'Steptoe & Son' not done a similar idea three years before with 'Live Now P.A.Y.E. Later', only then it was a wife wrongly claimed for, not a son. The late Anthony Sharp played the vicar in several 'S & S' episodes, most notably 'Men Of Letters'.

Funniest moment - Mildred unveiling her new hat. Her husband is unimpressed: "You look like Lee Marvin!" ( actually, Lee Van Cleef would be nearer the mark )

Second funniest moment - Larry impersonating the Roper's son Leslie. To help him effect the look of a college student, he wears glasses and carries a book. "What are you reading?", asks Mr.Matthews. "Day Of The Jackal!", replies Larry.

Farsical but good episode. And Mildreds hat really suits her I think! Strange that Anthony Sharpe who plays the Tax Inspector isn't mentioned in the end credits.
