There is a goof listed that Martin's book is suspended in mid air once he disappears and that from Mrs. Brown's point of view she can't see it but that when Tim comes in the book is visible as being suspended in mid air. You CAN see the book suspended in mid air from Mrs. Brown's point of view; she had just looked away for a second and when she looked back Martin was gone and she did not notice that the book was suspended in mid air because the couch is in the background and obscures it. She simply doesn't notice it.
