Self centered people are at the crux of this episode. A little girl is raped and assaulted and her mother is only interested in attacking a boy with Down's syndrom. An Asian storekeeper is shot and his son offers a huge reward, going against police advice and bringing out some bad people. In the mix is the drugged up mother of two boys, whom she gives up to the police for that reward, with no thought for what she has produced in them. There is also a rapist in the first case that has no conscience. Bleak episode.
