We are used to seeing Kate Walsh in Shonda Rhimes shows, but this early role seemed to suit her well and gave off vibes of Wendie Malick's guest spot on Seinfeld, especially the hair.
It was a solid episode here. Norm gets by with less lines and poise than most leads and that may have been why the show failed to catch on, but with this group of crazy characters it works in the scheme of things.
