Reno Raines is trying to track down Otto, the cellmate of the man who shot his fiancé, and get as much information as he can out of him. To do this, he follows the movements of a female judge whom Otto wants to kill because she sent his younger brother to jail. The judge refuses to accept his help at first, but when he saves her life after Otto's attack, she begins to like him. But how can he make Otto talk? And how long before his identity as a fugitive is exposed again? The series remains enjoyable on its own modest scale, and there is a pretty good fight near the end of the episode between Lorenzo Lamas and Marshall Teague, but, precisely because Otto uses a disguise at the start, it's also the first time that I found myself wondering why Reno doesn't try to alter his distinctive appearance at all, to avoid being recognized so easily: either a haircut or a shave would be a good start. And if he's so much in love with his fiancé who's in a coma, how can he be full-mouth-kissing another woman so soon? (**1/2)
