Well, that was a bit of a letdown. Talk about filler. This segment was only about three minutes long (which is fine), but it's definitely, absolutely pointless. Spike (Tommy's dog) is having a nightmare of a turkey chasing him. The kids try to comfort Spike, as he sleeps. That's it. That's all of it. Wow.
The animation is nice, and so is the music, but that's about it, for good stuff to praise about this episode.
I watched this on a Halloween DVD release for 2018, and most of the episodes on the set were solid, if not great, but I'm scratching my head at why this was even included (mainly because it doesn't have the "scarier" element for kids that the other collected episodes seemed to have, here).
If you're a die-hard "Rugrats" fan, then I'd recommend watching it, I guess. Otherwise, this is a waste of your time. I'm not even sure if kids would love this episode, even though I faintly remember seeing it, when I was very young (probably on a VHS tape, too). Definitely not a favorite episode, by any means.
